(“BİRSEN ÇEVİK AKGÜNLÜ“), we process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the relevant legislation within the scope described below.

In addition, the following personal data are processed:

  • It is necessary for the legitimate interest set out in Article 5(2)(f) of the Law.
  • For example, processing your personal data in order to understand how you use our website.
  1. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand the compensation of this damage.

Your application will be answered free of charge. However, if the requested transaction requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested.
